Serves:4 to 5
Ingredients:
6 big tomatoes
1 tsp ginger, grated
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp pineapple crush
Salt to taste
Method:
1) Cook tomatoes in pressure cooker or in microwave. Grind cooked tomatoes and ginger into a blender. Strain the puree.
2) Take a deep pan. Add tomato puree, 1.5 cups of water, red chili powder, pineapple crush and salt. Boil for a couple minutes.
In the end add soy sauce and serve hot.
Tip:
1) If you don't have pineapple crush, add some pineapple juice and little sugar.
